Breakfast is served from 7.15 am to 10.00 am in the modern non-smoking breakfast room.
In order to prepare the appropriate quantities, we ask that breakfast be ordered in advance no later than 4.00 p.m. the day before. Thank you for helping us avoid food waste!
There is a buffet with fresh rolls and grain buns, different kinds of ham and cheese, fresh vegetables and
soft boiled eggs. Cereals, cornflakes, yogurt, and fresh homemade fruit salad are lovingly arranged in individual jars so they can be removed hygienically. Coffee, tea, and orange juice are available and refilled at any time. Cocoa can be ordered individually.
Guests who have to be out of the house before 7.15 a.m. can also order breakfast in their room (with appropriate advance notice). Everything necessary will be brought to the room the night before.
In line with customer demands in the modern global online travel market, breakfast is not included in the room rate, which reduces the room rate for those who do not want breakfast or want a different type of breakfast.
Our breakfast can be added for € 13,50 per person per day. However, we reward early registration with an early bird discount on the regular breakfast price and then only charge 10 EUR (if you register by 11:00 a.m. the day before at the latest).
In the hallway there is a coffee machine and a kettle (including complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, etc.) so that our guests can prepare their own hot beverage at any time. Nearby you have access to a microwave oven, where you can heat up food you have brought yourself.
The upper floor (second floor, no elevator) was completely renovated in 2019 and includes seven spacious, bright and nicely furnished rooms with private bathrooms (all equipped with rain shower and toilet), tea and coffee accessories and individually adjustable air conditioning. The garden-facing rooms with beautiful views of the Salzburg mountains are slightly larger and have a sofa niche or an extra bed and are therefore our “Superior Rooms”.
The 14 rooms on the lower floors are much smaller, but were completely renovated and refurnished in 2020. Some of these rooms have their own shower cubicle directly in the bedroom, for the others there are communal showers located in the hallway, just like the communal toilets. The communal sanitary facilities have also been renovated: There is a rain shower and colored mood lighting in the communal shower, and the toilets, equipped with dispensers for hand and seat sanitizing and a sink with soap and paper towels, have a clean and safe feeling at all times.
All rooms have wifi and a flatscreen TV (which also has English channels), a sink and a hair dryer. Sheets and towels are, of course, standard in all rooms, and also hand-soap. In the showers there are dispensers with hair-and-body gel.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
For on-site payment we prefer cash, but also accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club), and AT-cards. For prepayment, only certain credit cards, wire transfer and PayPal are possible – please ask us if you wish to make a prepayment.
We’ve got a limited supply of private parking spots around the house. You are welcome to use these free of charge, but they cannot be reserved. If all our parking spaces are occupied, you can also use the surrounding short-term parking zone free of charge. It is limited to 3 hours parking during the day (insert parking disc!), unlimited between 7 pm and 9 am and on weekends. Please ask at the reception where you can park.
Available at the reception desk are:

- Salzburg-Card (All-inclusive Card for all sights and public transport)
- Tickets for concerts and Marionette-Theatre
Bicycles can be rented at the reception.
Due to some bad experiences, it is mandatory that you ask us before bringing a pet. In some cases it may not be possible that we fulfil your request. If yes, it is necessary to exchange information about the rules and prices.
